Setup is free on a 24-month plan and reduced on a 12-month plan, because we recover the build cost through the monthly fee instead. End one of those plans early and you repay only the part of that setup we have not yet earned back, never the remaining monthly fees. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. While a 12 or 24-month plan is still inside its minimum term, a downgrade needs a new order, because the setup fee was priced against the plan you chose.

Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. We connect a domain you already own, or register a new one in your name. The site itself is built, hosted and kept running by us for as long as you're subscribed.
Is there a setup fee?
There is one, paid once at the start, and its size depends on the plan length you choose. On a 24-month plan there is none at all. On a 12-month plan it is reduced, and with no fixed length you pay it in full. The 12 and 24-month plans commit you for that period, which is what lets us spread the build cost rather than charge it before launch. The figure for each plan is shown on the pricing cards, and the 30-day money-back guarantee refunds it whichever option you pick.
What happens if I cancel?
On a plan with no fixed length, cancel whenever you like and it takes effect at the end of your billing period. A 12 or 24-month plan commits you for that period. Leave it early and you repay the part of your setup fee we have not yet earned back, worked out pro rata and never more than the discount you were given. You never owe the remaining monthly fees. Cancel within the first 30 days of going live and we refund you in full, setup included, with nothing to repay. Your domain and everything we wrote for you stay yours in every case.
Do I ever own the site itself?
Yes. After 24 continuous months, ask us for a copy and we hand over the finished site at no charge. Before that, we build, host and maintain it for as long as you're subscribed, and the domain is in your name throughout.
How long does it take to go live?
Most sites launch within days of your approval. We start with a free audit, send a design proposal, then build and publish once you sign off.
What counts as a revision?
A content change on an existing page, such as new text, photos, prices, or opening hours. Starter includes one a month, Business and Growth include two.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Who writes the content?
We do. Send over what you already have, photos, price lists, an old site, and we draft the copy for your review. Starting from scratch works just as well.
